Natali has worked in K-12 education for 20 years. She is passionate about empowering parents, serving the community and equity building. Treating people exceptionally well, from those the organization serves to those it hires was a driving force in her decision to form Success Together.
Eric Morin
Chief Operations Officer
Eric co-leads Success Together and is also a counselor for Fresno City College. He is passionate about ensuring students are prepared for success in school and life from early childhood through college. He loves solving problems and is excellent at finding ways to use technology to make life easier for his coworkers.
Krystal Morin
Director of Logistics & Marketing
Krystal returned to her roots in the Central Valley after graduating from Yale University with her degree in Ethnicity, Race and Migration. She has a deep passion for serving underserved communities and equity building. Her exceptional organization skills are what make so many elements of our work at Success Together go from daunting to doable. In her free time, she enjoys running, music, dancing, and spending time with her sweet pup, Tita.
Noelle Rowe
Logistics & Marketing Coordinator
Noelle has dedicated the last 10 years to helping kids and families develop skills that will last them a lifetime. Noelle is also halfway through a Master of School Counseling degree and is excited to use her education to encourage students of all ages and all needs.
Charlie Reynolds
Vice President - Board of Directors
Education has always been Charlie’s passion and calling. He brings 17 years of teaching experience and 13 years of administration experience to Success Together's Board as Vice President. He thrives on making meaningful connections with students, staff and families.
Lakeshia Miranda
Board Member
Lakeshia Miranda is a social-worker by trade and by heart. She has devoted her career to helping others through the most challenging times of their lives, and teaching them how to thrive. As if that weren't enough she also became a credentialed teacher and is now impacting the lives of second graders, too!
Ofelia Gonzalez
Secretary - Board of Directors
Ofelia is a connector who knows how to bring people, organizations and missions together to make things happen for Valley families. She loves connecting parents to services that help meet every day needs and loves doing that in her role as Public Relations Director for the Central Valley Children’s Services Network.
Stephanie Regevig
Treasurer - Board of Directors
Stephanie's breadth of experience in both higher-education and the non-profit sector make her an indispensable asset to the Success Together team. From handling donor relations, fundraising, to large-scale event management, Stephanie is a wiz at a great many things. Oh, and did we mention she's traveled the world?
